Kris Barnes (www.krisbarnes.com)
...is a playful artist and art teacher with a fondness for children's drawings, folk art, Mexican art and masks. After going through a very "serious art school" period, she has found it’s much more fun to create and enjoy art with energetic colors and a bright spirit. She’s a painter and loves to create knit and felted wool creatures called 'Knitwits.' She’s created birds, cats, bees, butterflies, octopi, fish, a giraffe, a group of shy girls called 'Wallflowers' and a line of tiny 'Pocket People.' She loves to try every media and explore new techniques. Jump right in and create!

Kris Williams (www.weandthebean.com)
...has had a few past lives (and the student loans to show for it): graphic designer, application design manager, third grade teacher. But the biggest job, the best job, began two years ago when she had her daughter, Storey. Now she stays at home with her and while doing so, she makes little things for little people (and big people too!) Owls, hippos, elephants, robots and more, in paintings, on t-shirts, and sewn out of felted recycled wool sweaters. Made with love, for you to love, or give to your love, for them to love!
